Catnip Incomputunt

She claims shes tried and tried but it just wont grow beyond a cupple of sprowts. If yoo are in-clinned, biggify the picktur to see the disappointed luks on owr faces when we notice no progress has been made to owr catnip farm aftur a cupple of days.

Owr lady has been buying the ovur the cowntur nip to make up fur her "incomputunce" but its not the same….than again, we wuldn’t know what the “homegrown nip” is like cause weve nevur had any
**sigh**

She's doing better than my OTW. She kills CATGRASS!!!! in a couple DAYS!!!

At least she's getting you some storebought nip to make up for it.

Maybe your homegrown nip just needs a little more time to grow up.

Here at home whe have lots of grass growing outside. It's not Catgrass, but whe eat it nevertheless.

Maybe if you put the seeds in a plastic bigger bowl and cover it with plastic also, make it good wet and place it on a warm and bright place it will do.

Is catgrass not for sale in the USA? We can buy it here in Holland. About 15 cm. high.

Our Momma bought seeds forever ago, and still hasn't planted them. She calls it pro-crast-inating. We call it lazy.

Rosie and Cheeto, a long time ago (years and years), our mom grew catnip in our garden outside. It was great, but neighborhood cats discovered it and ate it to the nubs! Mom hasn't grown any for us since. :( Maybe we can encourage her to grow some for just us in her little greenhouse window in the kitchen. Maybe your lady will have better results if she follows Mette's advice. But we must admit that that Cosmic Catnip stuff is terrific!

I've grown catnip in pots, and they do look like that to start with. Be patient, they grow very slowely and need sunlight.
