A Fev-vur With A Funny Nose & A Gazillion Legs

Did yoo know fev-vurs in the Yoo-Kay (whare TONS of owr best friends live, inclooding Rosie's hubby) have funny noses and a Gazillion legs? Luk!

"The bad news is that Stumpy, a farm duck in Southampton, England, got a leg caught in a fence, and it had to be amputated. The good news is, he still has THREE LEFT. You see, the webbed-footed wonder was born with four legs."

He must have known he would need extra legs, that's why he was borned that way. Poor Stumpy. He better be careful since he only has three leggies left.

We have never seen a duck like that! So many legs! He was unlucky to get one stuck, then lucky that he had extras when he needed them. We wonder how he got those extra legs to begin with--sure hope he didn't live too near a nuclear power plant or something.

the underneath photo is pretty cool...a good way to see his extra foot.

(mama says she has webbed feet...cause we live in seattle where it rains all the time! like right now.)

Wow - 4 legs on a duck, that is kinda weird. I bet his balance was real good when he had all 4!

That is a very odd looking creature. Are you sure it's a bird?

Do ducks in the Yoo-Kay usually have as many legs as we does? I wonder if they can run faster on more legs.

Poor Stumpy, imagine losing one of his legs. I would hate that. Although, thinking about it, I was born with four legs as well so I am not sure why four legs is so special in the first place? FAZ

I see we are still worried about vishus deer! (Not this post, but what the hay!). Seriously tho, I really laugh in good humor and admiration for Rosie Talk. It's brilliant!
